December 23, 2024This Concept Engineering Report (CER) provides descriptions of facilities developed by the Delta Conveyance Design and Construction Authority (DCA) and adopted by the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) following preparation of an environmental assessment of the proposed Delta Conveyance Project (DCP or Project). The CER includes a summary report, appendices, engineering concept drawings (Volume 2), and Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapbook (Volume 3) showing the location of the Project facilities.
