June 15, 2020The DCA intake analyses to date have focused on development of the fish screen configuration. Operational issues, including those related to wildlife management and protection, would be evaluated as part of the EIR. This comment is related to the scope of DWR’s EIR; please consider submitting this comment through DWR’s CEQA scoping process.
