In an interview with California Insider, DCA Executive Director Graham Bradner discusses DCA’s proactive approach to the development of the Delta Conveyance Project. Through innovative refinements and careful planning work, DCA is working to minimize costs and environmental impacts from the outset.  

“We are considering a number of refinements to the design and construction program to better manage schedules, better manage risk, and actually remove hard costs through reduced quantities,” Bradner said.
