Zone 7 provides reliable, quality treated water supply to more than 270,000 residents in the Tri-Valley area of eastern Alameda County, including the cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, and (through special agreement with the Dublin San Ramon Services District) the Dougherty Valley Area. The agency also supplies untreated water directly to agricultural businesses for irrigation of 3,500 acres, primarily South Livermore Valley vineyards. Zone 7 is governed by a 7-member Board of Directors.
