San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District (San Bernardino Valley) is a wholesale water provider serving a portion of southwestern San Bernardino County. San Bernardino Valley imports State Water Project (SWP) supplies and manages groundwater recharge to support long-term water reliability for the region. About 25 percent of the region’s total water supplies come from the SWP, which helps maintain a healthy groundwater basin and supports both the local economy and quality of life for residents.
