This letter report presents the findings of the Delta Conveyance Tunneling and Shafts Independent Technical Review (ITR) Panel from its May 13 to 15, 2020 Skype meeting. In addition to the ITR Panel, representatives from the Department of Water Resources (DWR), the Delta Conveyance Office (DCO), Jacobs Engineering (Delta Conveyance Authority's (DCA’s) Engineering Design Manager (EDM), and ICF (DWR’s Environmental Services Contractor) participated in the meeting.
