The DCA is pleased to announce that it is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for On-call Audio Visual Services. The DCA requires the services of a firm to provide necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to facilitate Audio-Visual (A/V) support to include design, installation, and production for broadcast quality meetings and events as directed by DCA staff. A complete description of the scope of services will be provided in the RFP.
Proposals from qualified firms are due June 22, 2022 by 11:00 a.m. PST
Questions are due by June 15, 2022 by 11:00 a.m. PST
