DCA is pleased to announce that it plans to issue a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Geotechnical Exploration and Reporting Services. The RFQ is tentatively set to post early October 2021, for further details and information please check back here.
The DCA requires the services of consultant(s) to provide geotechnical investigation, testing, and reporting services for the implementation of the Delta Conveyance Project during the permitting and planning phase. The geotechnical consultant will assist the DCA with subsurface exploration, laboratory testing of soil and water samples, and preparation of Geotechnical Data Reports. A complete description of the scope of services will be provided in the RFQ. Each respondent to the RFQ will be required to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest.
