The DCA is amending the Conflict of Interest code to align with the updated and current organizational structure of the Authority. This is purely an administrative cleanup of the code. Because the Authority is a multi-county agency, the code-reviewing body is the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) and we are required to establish a 45-day notice and comment period.
