“The actual draft and final soil testing results will be initially shared with property owners. If the property owners wish to disclose the information prior to publication of the geotechnical report, that information may be provided by the property owners. The geotechnical report will include the results of the soil testing.

If any hazardous materials or other environmental hazards are encountered during the field work, property owners will be notified, and notification of federal, state and local agencies in accordance with applicable laws and policies will be coordinated with the property owners.”
