Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency (AVEK) was created in 1959 with the mission to provide reliable supplies of high-quality water at a reasonable cost. AVEK is currently governed by a 7-member Board of Directors and is one of 16 participating agencies on the DCA Board of Directors.
